Ehe Hair (“we”, “us”) operates the salon shop and booking forms at ehehair.com and in our forthcoming mobile apps. This page explains what we collect when you browse, order products, or send an inquiry.

Information we collect

Contact and booking forms collect your name, email address, requested service, and message. Checkout is processed by Stripe and may include billing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, schedule salon or virtual consultations, fulfill product orders, and send order receipts. Form submissions are emailed to the salon team. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the shop (currently Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider for contact forms) or if required by law.
