Ehe Hair ships salon hair-care products from Victoria, British Columbia. Shipping cost and delivery window are confirmed at Stripe Checkout or by the salon after your order.

Shipping area

We currently collect shipping addresses in Canada and the United States. Local pickup at 3749 Shelbourne St #207, Victoria, BC can be arranged through the contact form if you prefer not to ship.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened hygiene and hair-care items generally cannot be restocked. Contact the salon before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and next steps.

Damaged orders

If a shipment arrives damaged, email photos and your order receipt through the Contact page within 48 hours and we will help replace the item.
