Terms of Service

By using the Ehe Hair website or mobile app, you agree to these terms. The shop sells physical salon hair-care products. Booking and hair-clinic requests are inquiries, not confirmed appointments until the salon replies.

Orders and payments

Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Checkout is processed by Stripe. Until live keys are enabled, payments run in Stripe test mode and do not charge a real card. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if payment cannot be completed.

Appointments

Submitting the contact form requests an in-salon visit or virtual consultation. A booking is confirmed only after Ehe Hair contacts you with a time and, for Hair Clinic visits, a Zoom link.
